The Location
The Auberge de Jeu de Paume, Relais & Châteaux, is an enchanted place located inside the Domain of Chantilly Castle. An elegant property, tastefully furnished in order to create a sophitsticate luxury concept that can be found in each of the 92 rooms and suites, in the two restaurants, in the saloons and in the spa.
L’Auberge de Jeu de Paume, Relais & Châteaux, è un luogo incantato che sorge all’interno della Tenuta del Castello di Chantilly. Una proprietà elegante e arredata con raffinatezza per creare un concetto di lusso sofisticato che si ritrova in ognuna delle 92 camere e suite, nei due ristoranti, nei saloni e nella spa.
Our Room
At our arrival, we have been kindly invited to take a tour of the property to have a look around and listen to the story of this magical place. Then, we have been accompanied to our room, a beautiful Deluxe Suite with a fairy-tale view over the Chantilly Castle’s garden.
Al nostro arrivo, ci viene gentilmente proposta una visita completa della struttura per mostrarci le camere e raccontarci la storia di questo magnifico luogo. Dopodiché veniamo accompagnati alla nostra camera, una Suite Deluxe, con una vista fiabesca sul parco del Castello di Chantilly.
The Restaurants
The hotel offers two reataurants, to satisfy any kind of need: La Table du Connetable, Michelin-starred, that proposes an elegant and sophisticated kitchen. Le Jardin d’Hiver, a french bistrot that celebrates the best seasonal products. We had the pleasure to try the last one and you can see below our choices from the menu. Both restaurants are decorated with beautiful artworks, that will pleasingly surround you during your stay.
L’hotel offre due ristoranti per soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di esigenza: La Table du Connetable, stellato Michelin, propone una cucina elegante e sofisticata, Le Jardin D’Hiver, un bistrot francese che celebra i migliori prodotti stagionali. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare quest’ultimo e potete trovare qui di seguito le nostre scelte dal menu. Entrambi i ristoranti sono decorati con bellissime opere d’arte, che saranno un piacere per i vostri occhi durante il soggiorno.
The Spa
A soft diffuse light and some relaxing notes in the background make the Valmont Spa a reign of calm and serenity. Let yourself be pampered by the exclusive Valmont products, available in the boutique at the entrance of the Spa.
Una luce soffusa e un sottofondo di note rilassanti fanno della Spa Valmont un posto sereno in cui potrete ritrovare la calma. Lasciatevi coccolare dagli esclusivi prodotti Valmont, disponibili anche all’acquisto direttamente nella boutique all’ingresso della Spa.
The Breakfast
It’s already time to order our breakfast and the variety of choice is interesting, such as vegan options or gluten free. We opted for a room-service breakkie to fully enjoy our view over the garden.
E’ giunto il momento di ordinare la nostra colazione e la varietà di scelta del menu è davvero interessante, includendo opzioni vegane e gluten-free. Abbiamo optato per la colazione in camera, per poter approfittare della bellissima vista sul giardino.
